VIDEO: Interview with Steve Golob @ Place Vanier

If you liked our post on the Farm to Cafeteria event that happened at UBC’s Place Vanier Dining Hall October 16th 2012, check out this video interview with Resident Chef Steve Golob.  In it, he discusses how he and others worked to change the way food was thought about when it came to student dining, and inspiring students to make healthy choices and leave their dormitory experience with the “food literacy” that will stick with them throughout their lives.
