The Farm to Cafeteria movement spans Canada from coast to coast, but it hit close to home October 16th 2012, when the group took over UBC campus’ own Place Vanier Hall for an evening of delicious and nutritious fare.
The Think & Eat Green connection to the event, co-investigator Joanne Bays, “sampled sumptuous local food prepared by an talented dedicated crew who are doing their part to create a sustainable food system – one bite at a time”.
