Take the Farm to School Survey for your chance to win a $300 Cash Prize!

As the school year comes to a close, we want to learn more about the Farm to School activities happening at your school. If your school is increasing access to healthy local food for students and/or providing hands-on learning opportunities for students that foster food literacy, let us know. We have a survey for you that should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Every school that responds is entered to win a $300 cash prize to support your Farm to School activities. Deadline to submit surveys is June 29, 2015.

(Note: Schools who received a Farm to School BC Start-up Grant in 2015 will not be eligible to receive the $300 cash prize. Please have only one representative from your school fill out the survey.)
